Renting a flat:
- One month bond/deposit required
- First months rent before you move in
- UK home owner required as a guarantor
- Rent is negotiable
Furnished or Un-Furnished
Generally the rental prices don't include furniture however if you would like a furnished flat we will be happy to provide you with one at a slightly higher price.
Accepting Housing Benefit in Cardiff:
We do accept housing benefit but we will need the first months rent, bond/deposit and guarantor prior to moving in. We do not accept the council board board certificate.
Tenancy term:
The minimum tenancy term is 6 months with no maximum.
Bills:
Bills aren't included in the rent. You should expect to pay around £40 - £70 a month for the council tax depending on the size of the flat. Gas/Water and Electric are around £15 a week depending on how much you use.
Internet:
Most of the flats have a connection to a BT telephone socket and/or Virgin media cable socket for the internet.
Pets:
Unfortunately pets aren't allowed in the flats.
